At Chitrali DryFruits, your satisfaction is our top priority. We deliver 100% fresh, hygienic, and sealed products, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

✔️ 1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are ONLY accepted if:

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Product arrives damaged, leaking, or opened

  • Product is expired

  • The item is defective or compromised on delivery

In all cases, you must provide clear pictures or video within 24 hours of receiving the order.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change-of-mind cases

  • Items mishandled after delivery

  • Taste preference issues (as natural products vary batch to batch)

All dry fruits and Shilajit items fall under non-returnable categories unless damaged or incorrect.

💰 3. Refund Process

Refund is approved ONLY if:

  • Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • Courier mishandled the product

  • Stock was unavailable after your order

Refund Modes:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Wallet/Store Credit

  • Or adjustment in next order

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after verification.

🔄 4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A fresh product will be sent

  • No extra delivery charges if the issue is from our side

  • Replacement processing time: 3–5 working days

📦 5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

Send us the following on WhatsApp or Email:

  2. Your name & phone number

  3. Issue details

  4. Pictures or video of the product & packaging

  5. Whether you want refund or replacement

Once verified, we will update you within 24–48 hours.
